They have beaten the odds of death and divorce: Of all current U.S. marriages, only 7 percent have reached the 50-year mark, according to the National Center for Family and Marriage Research at Bowling Green State University.
It is certainly true that making it to the 50-year mark of marriage means you have beaten the odds of death and divorce. But that 7% figure has nothing to do with it, because it includes people who got married yesterday!
If you live near the new parents, a homemade hamper is a great new baby gift idea. You could put together a care package filled with sweet treats, home essentials, and practical things for the new family. Homemade chocolate chip cookies or easy to heat meals if you cook would make lovely additions too.

Erie County Park Rangers were pleased to present recognition to the Bartlett family of Depew, the Mitchell family of Orchard Park, and the Setter and Militello families of Hamburg for their participation.

Highly recommend this firm for family law disputes. The efforts that they put forth to a case are some of the best that you can get, but they also know how to really work with a client and make it feel like a team atmosphere
I've known and worked with State 48 attorney Bryce Johnson for several years and know him to be a considerate and tactful attorney who fights tooth and nail for his clients. I would recommend State 48 for your family law needs!
After leaving the group recently, we are absolutely "stoked" that Mark de Bruyn has recently successfully applied for and been granted a faculty position as a Lecturer at the Molecular Ecology, Evolution, and Phylogenetics laboratory in the School of Biological Sciences, The University of Sydney, led by Nate Lo and Simon Ho. During his search for a new position, Mark has remained engaged with the group by actively contributing to a number of ongoing projects and studentships and we very much look forward to future opportunities for collaboration and wish him and his family the very best for the forthcoming years! Mark is pictured here with his son Jacob, contemplating either Southeast Asian biodiversity, a cool beer, or possibly both! Well done Mark and we are so collectively happy for you!
I would like to congratulate you as you lead us into the future. I am delighted and honored to part of the Geisinger family of employees who are ready, willing and able to help make Geisinger the best it can be.

Indexing will include all past issues, as well as forthcoming issues. While the full content of the Annals has always been available free online, this indexing makes the titles and abstracts of the papers we publish available to people conducting searches in the MEDLARS databases. It is a mark of recognition of the quality of the journal and its importance in meeting the needs of a broad constituency.
I must thank Newsweek Magazine for introducing me to this new, dearlyneeded Web site. I teach Technical English doctors, nurses, pharmacists, biologists, etc. in all areas of health. Complicated doctor-to-doctor, scientist-to- scientist language is to be read, not necessarily spoken. Ihave tried over the years to encourage my students to focus on bringing the language to the level of the situation, discussing issues in a way that their family and friends can understand them and well as the editors of the Lancet. I will most assuredly be using article form this medical journal for discussion in class, additional research material as well as the basis for the dreaded oral presentations!Congratulations. Oh, and I am glad to see some of your colaborators are from Seattle, my hometown!! Sincerely, Diana M. Foran
Many congratulations on the first issue of this carefully placed journal; the focus on the contribution of the generalist to health care, its development and value as well as evaluation is much needed and the articles in the first issue reflect this.
I'm delighted and impressed by the wisdom and timeliness of the collaborative initiative that has resulted in the Annals of Family Medicine. The mission and process you articulated in your "Welcome" message are most impressive and the decision to make all materials freely available on the web is a most welcome boon to both the specialty of family medicine and the field of medicine, generally. 2ff7e9595c
